日本和田本和香糖唯獨有的糖品，顆粒呈乳白色帶有一點茶色，採用100%沖繩縣產的甘蔗，保留着甘蔗原有的礦物質、風味和香甜。當中所含的礦物質是三溫糖的10倍以上，更比白糖高約80倍。添加於產品中能增添風味層次，與雞蛋和牛奶間的絕佳融合更是襯托出其中風味。日本知名MUJI的Café&Meal MUJI，其中一道非常受歡迎的甜點"本和香糖布丁"就是使用此糖品為主要原料製作。
